2. What data we process and why

We only process the data you provide through the forms on this site:

• ·Contact form: name, email address, the profile you select and your message. Purpose: to answer your enquiry.
• ·Feasibility study form (land swap): name, phone number, email address, municipality and plot size, cadastral reference if you provide it, and your message. Purpose: to assess the viability of the transaction and get back to you.
• ·Browsing data: if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated information about how the site is used (pages viewed, source, device type). Purpose: to understand which content is useful and improve the site.

We do not build profiles or make automated decisions with legal effects on you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Legal basis

• ·Your consent, given when you submit a form and, for analytics, when you accept cookies (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• ·Pre-contractual steps taken at your request, where your enquiry seeks to assess a possible transaction (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• ·Our legitimate interest in protecting the site against automated submissions and abuse, through reCAPTCHA (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the period during which legal liabilities may arise from the relationship. If the enquiry does not go ahead, we delete it once it is no longer needed. You can ask us to erase it at any time.

5. Who else accesses your data

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. We do work with providers acting as data processors, who access the data solely to provide us with their service:

• ·Hostinger International Ltd. — website and email hosting.
• ·Google Ireland Ltd. — reCAPTCHA (form protection) and Google Analytics (audience measurement, only if you accept cookies).

These providers may carry out international data transfers outside the European Economic Area, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the applicable adequacy frameworks.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to administracion@crowdia.es, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Minors

The services on this site are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we find that such data has been provided, we will delete it.

8. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

9. Cookie policy

A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device. We also use browser local storage, which works in a similar way. On this site:

Essential and security cookies are required for the site and its forms to work and are exempt from consent. Analytics cookies are not set until you accept them: if you decline, nothing from Google Analytics is downloaded and the site works exactly the same.
